How to post a listing

Posting a listing on TopMarket is free and takes just a few minutes. Here are the steps and some tips to get your listing seen more and sold faster.

Steps

  1. Log in or sign up to your account.
  2. Click the Post a listing button at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the right category, e.g. Cars, Apartments for Rent or Jobs.
  4. Write the title and description.
  5. Set the price and currency (lek or euro).
  6. Choose the city and, if you like, the area.
  7. Add photos and publish.

How to write a good title

  • Cars: make, model, year and fuel, e.g. "Volkswagen Golf 7 2015 Diesel Automatic".
  • Apartments: layout, area and type, e.g. "2+1 apartment for rent in 21 Dhjetori".
  • Jobs: position and city, e.g. "Economist wanted in Tirana".

Avoid titles written only in capital letters or with lots of exclamation marks: they look like ads and get fewer clicks.

Description and photos

  • Include the details buyers look for: condition, mileage, area, floor, furnishing, working hours, salary.
  • Set a real price. Listings with a price get more contacts than those with "Check with seller".
  • Add real, clear photos, in good light and from several angles. The first photo is the most important.

Rules

  • One listing per item or property. Don't post the same listing twice: duplicates are removed.
  • Use your own photos, not photos from the internet.
  • When the item is sold or the property is rented, delete or deactivate the listing.
